Coordinating with Public Utilities on implementation of the Stormwater Master Plan, expanding the use of green infrastructure Citywide, and evaluating stormwater storage on City-owned land.

Enhance flood and storm water storage through design and green infrastructure. Develop guidelines for the City on the types and designs of green infrastructure and create incentives and requirements on inclusion of green infrastructure in new developments and major renovations. Require that all City projects include an element of green infrastructure and evaluate the storage possibilities of City owned lands and vacant lots.
