An energy efficiency give away and rebate program and energy audit tutorial and kit have not been created. The City is promoting Broward County's voluntary Carbon Conscious Business Program.

Develop energy efficiency give away and rebate programs. Create a DIY home energy audit tutorial and kit. Conduct before and after data collection of energy use to determine if there has been an improvement of efficiency
