City funded the design of Neighborhood greenways city-wide. The city will need to develop an RFP and solicit a vendor to construct the neighborhood greenways. The City also submitted a grant application to fund the design of numerous buffered bicycle lanes city-wide.

City created a Bicycle Mobility Master Plan that identifies and prioritizes various bicycle infrastructure projects that when completed will provide a city-wide network of bicycle facilities that increases the miles of bike lanes. Design and construct bike routes to connect areas of activity and density as identified in the plan.
